Guests of Huka Lodge enjoy gourmet cuisine, from morning (a full country breakfast) to night (a five-course dinner featuring seasonal produce), under the direction of Michelinstarred Executive Chef Michel Louws. Following complimentary pre-dinner drinks in the main Lodge, guests may select one of over 20 romantic indoor/outdoor private dining venues, including the wine cellar, library, trophy room, riverside jetty pavilion, orchard or by the outdoor fireplace, to name just a few. Personal chefs are available to present meals in the two cottages.
